(Paquete perdido o extraviado) 

No somos responsables si la dirección ingresada es incorrecta (favor de corroborar antes de realizar la compra). Si el paquete es devuelto por dirección incorrecta el cliente deberá de pagar nuevamente el envío. Envíos salen a diario. La mayoría de nuestros accesorios son creados a mano por tal motivo su orden puede demorar de 2 a 3 días en ser lista (todo dependerá del volumen de órdenes).

En Píali Jewelry las piezas son confeccionadas con distintos tipos de materiales como por ejemplo: piedras semipreciosas, materia prima, metales, baño en oro, acero inoxidable, entre otros por lo cual pueden ver variaciones en su forma y color lo cual es completamente normal y por tal razón son considerados rústicos su forma peculiar debido a su origen natural y confección a mano.  No por eso es condiderado una pieza en mal estado. Antes de cada envío nos aseguramos de que cada pieza esté en perfecto estado.

Recuerda “Durará tanto como lo cuides” 

 

*Uso de perfumes, cremas o químicos sobre la pieza (altera su color y durabilidad)

*Exceso de agua en las piezas (el agua contiene clorox)

*Bañarse en la playa con esta y no enjuagarla al terminar el día (el agua salada quita el brillo y desmerece las piezas)

 

~Toda venta es final y firme desde el momento en el que se realiza la compra. Mercancía correctamente despachada NO tiene devolución. En caso de tener algún inconveniente se puede comunicar por correo electrónico a 𝒑𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒋𝟎𝟖@𝒈𝒎𝒂𝒊𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝒎 o vía WhatsApp 𝟕𝟖𝟕-𝟐𝟒𝟓-𝟔𝟔𝟒𝟓 comunicando el inconveniente y con gusto le ayudaremos. Todo artículo adquirido que llegue en mal estado se le aplicará un crédito por el valor de la pieza adquirida. Lo cual tiene un plazo de 15 días una vez recibida la pieza para trabajar el crédito de exceder el tiempo y no comunicarse no se realizará el crédito.

 

A partir del día 15 𝑷ί𝒂𝒍𝒊 𝑱𝒆𝒘𝒆𝒍𝒓𝒚 se reserva el derecho de realizar créditos por mercancía en mal estado.

In PíaliJewelry the pieces are made with different types of materials such as: semi-precious stones, raw material, metals, gold plated,  stainless steel, among others, so you can see variations in their shape and color with is completely normal and for this reason their peculiar shape are considered rustic due to their natural origin and handmade. That’s not why a piece in bad conditions is said to be. Before each shipment, we make sure that each piece is in its best condition.

Remember “It will last as long as you take care of it”

  • Use perfume, cream or chemicals o the piece (alters its color and durability)
  • Excess of water (the water contains chlorox )
  • Bathing on the beach with the accessories and do not rinse it at the end of the day (salty water remove the shine and the longlasting)

Every sale is final and firm from the moment the purchase is made. Properly dispatched merchandise has NO return. Any purchased item that arrives in poor condition will be credited for the value of the purchased piece.
